Riparian Preserve

If you cross the canal in the northwest corner of Higley Groves West, you can take one of the trails like the video shows into the Preserve. If you get to the highest point at the lookout near the observatory, you can just make out the tanks at Morrison Ranch Town Center.

No more gas

Well, Bashas has decided they can't make money selling gas. They only had two locations with gas, and my understanding is that they closed them both.

Morrison Ranch didn't have anything to do with the decision. We may have something to do with coming up with an alternative.

Outdoor Festival and More

So, I got there a little late, and there were still a lot of folks around the Bashas' Outdoor Festival and Rock N' Robin. As I understand it, the drag racers were NOT the grand opening. That will be in a couple of weeks. But it was still a great weekend for the community. Hope everyone's garage sale was a success as well.
