I mean, RAIN

0.90 inches last night! And the lightening show was impressive too! This week we have gotten 1.29 inches of rain. Put another way, we got two months of rain (average) in one week.

Turn off those sprinklers for a while.

Rain in the Ranch

Since Monday, but not including anything 4pm today, Thursday, we have had .39 inches at the Morrison Ranch office. That is quite a little storm series, and it doesn't look like it is over, to look out the window.

Bulk Trash, Dead Grass

This is the week for bulk trash collection. The Town picks up all manner of tree clippings and whatnot. Some people are stacking this stuff on the mow strip between the curb and sidewalk. Please don't! The Town wants the stuff in the street, just next to the curb, and the landscape needs sunlight. If the grass is under stuff for four or five days, it will be "dead" and take a long time to recover. Thanks.\
