I believe we have a new mayor

Read this.

OK, it is a little complicated, but as I understand it, John Lewis will run unopposed in the General Election May 19th, and be our new mayor in June. We will definitely still be voting for two of four candidates for Town Council, so make sure you plan to VOTE!

Bulk Trash Week

I got this note for Higley Groves West, but it is a good reminder for all of Morrison Ranch:

This is a friendly reminder that this is bulk trash pickup week by the
Town of Gilbert.

Please make sure you are not putting your bulk trash items on the mow
strip as this prohibits the Associations landscapers from performing
their duties while mowing and working through out the community.

Please place your items in your driveway or on the street next to the
curb. If your items are too big to put in the street or driveway then I
encourage you to please make alternate arrangements for disposal.

Election today!

If you didn't vote by mail, VOTE TODAY! This is the nonpartisan primary. With all the candidates, we are almost assured of a general election in May, but do get out there and vote! If there is a candidate that gets more than 50% of the vote today, they are IN. So every vote counts.
