This article gets it about right. I was a part of the Forum, and I would say it was a good deal. The article does not really communicate that the mayor's goal was to inform Gilbert residents who could serve as ambassadors for these projects, through their relational networks.

And, yes, industrial and office go really slow. I suspect our industrial along Power Road really will take 20 years.
